Merritt Island Village 55+ community is
located directly on an inlet of the Banana River on Florida's Space
Coast. From our resident-only park and dock you can enjoy

We are only a short 10 minute drive across the causeway to Cocoa Beach
and the Atlantic Ocean. Within minutes you can also visit Kennedy

park, several renovated older homes are available for lease.
