• Does the price include setup, anchors, A/C, delivery and steps?
  

• Does the price include desired options like ceiling lights, insulation, faucet upgrades, door upgrades, etc.?
  

• Does the price include park required improvements such as a driveway and carport?

• Does the price include exterior features such as a porch or screenroom?
